HUMAN+ Refund Policy – Terms & Conditions

This Refund Policy (โPolicyโ) governs the terms under which refunds may be granted for services and products purchased from PT Biohacking Klinik Indonesia (operating as HUMAN+). By booking or purchasing from HUMAN+, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Policy
- All sales of services (IV therapy, diagnostics, consultations, treatments) and products (supplements, consumables) are final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided under this Policy or required by applicable Indonesian law.
- HUMAN+ reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions below.
2. Services (Treatments, Consultations, Diagnostics)
- Booking fees and deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable, but may be credited toward rescheduling if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-show or late cancellation: If you fail to attend or cancel/reschedule within less than 24 hours, the deposit or prepayment will be forfeited.
- Completed services: Once a treatment or diagnostic service has been administered, no refunds will be issued.
- Adverse reactions: If a treatment is discontinued due to an unforeseen medical contraindication determined by HUMAN+ staff, no refund will be issued for the session already administered. If the client has prepaid for a package of multiple sessions, HUMAN+ may, at its discretion, provide a credit for any unused sessions remaining in the package.
3. Products (Supplements, Consumables)
- Due to the sensitive medical and perishable nature of our products, no refunds or returns will be accepted once products have been dispensed, delivered, or opened.
- Refunds may only be granted if:
- The wrong product was supplied in error; or
- The product was proven defective or expired upon delivery.
- All claims must be made within 7 days of purchase and accompanied by proof of purchase. HUMAN+ may request photographic or physical evidence before processing any refund or replacement.
4. Packages & Memberships
- Prepaid treatment packages, bundles, or memberships are non-refundable once activated.
- If a client relocates or cannot continue treatments for valid medical reasons (with supporting medical documentation), HUMAN+ may offer:
- Transfer of remaining credit to another client (with approval), or
- Conversion of remaining balance into store credit for eligible services.
- Membership pause option: Clients may request to pause their membership for a fee equal to 10% of the total cost of the membership per month of pause. Memberships may only be paused in whole months and must be pre-arranged with HUMAN+ administration.
5. Method of Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment (e.g., HitPay, bank transfer) within 14 business days.
- HUMAN+ is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions, payment processors, or third-party gateways.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after booking or purchasing.
- Dissatisfaction with results where treatment was provided as per agreed protocol.
- Failure to disclose accurate medical history leading to contraindications or limited treatment effect.
- Packages, gift vouchers, or promotions that are expired or unused.
7. Legal Compliance
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Nothing in this Policy is intended to override consumer rights guaranteed by Indonesian law.
